 Crawlspace encapsulation is the process of sealing your crawlspace from outside moisture using a heavy-duty vapor barrier, drainage solutions, and humidity control. 

1. Crawlspace Inspection
We inspect the crawlspace for moisture, drainage issues, mold, and structural concerns.

2. Preparation & Moisture Control
Standing water, mold, or drainage issues are addressed first.

3. Vapor Barrier Installation
A heavy-duty liner is installed across the crawlspace floor and walls.

4. Sealing & Protection
Vents, seams, and openings are sealed to prevent outside moisture.

5. Humidity Control
